These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Yoomy ("Yoomy", "the App"), developed by Andrei Shuvatov, IE ("Developer", "we", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
If you downloaded Yoomy through Apple's App Store, your license to use the iOS app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement Apple's Standard EULA by covering app-specific features, subscriptions, AI functionality, content handling, and our relationship with you as the developer. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA regarding your App Store license, Apple's Standard EULA will control to the extent of that conflict.
⚠️ Important Safety Notice Yoomy is a nutrition and meal-tracking tool. It is not medical advice, not a dietitian service, and not a substitute for professional healthcare. AI calorie and macro estimates from photos are approximate and can be wrong. Do not rely on Yoomy for diagnosis, treatment, or decisions that require a qualified clinician. Consult a healthcare or nutrition professional before changing your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating. If you are in a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
Yoomy is a freemium calorie and macro tracker with optional AI photo analysis. You can log meals from a photo or by hand, follow a nutrition plan, track a journey, and earn in-app achievements.
The App is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and does not provide clinical, therapeutic, or medical services of any kind.
Your profile, meals, photos, journey progress, and related data are stored on your device and backed up to our cloud so they can be restored when you sign in with Apple on another phone. Photos you submit for an AI food scan are also sent to a third-party AI service to estimate nutrition. See our Privacy Policy for details.
By using Yoomy, you confirm that:
You retain ownership of the meals, photos, profile details, and other content you create in Yoomy. We store them only to run the App, restore your account, and use them as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can delete individual meals, clear local data, or delete your account in the App. Account deletion purges cloud data as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Yoomy's AI food scan estimates calories and macros from a meal photo. A photo is sent only when you explicitly start a scan.
AI scans are available only after you allow AI photo analysis. If you run a scan:
